I was thinking about black clover and how cool it is that asta always wants the bad people to be hold accountable for their actions instead of sympathizing with their sad backstory, like, it’s so revolutionary that instead of just relying in death to redeem the bad guys or to say they were misunderstood because this and that and then forget all the bad things they did, he goes “what you did was fucking wrong so you’re going to make up for it and never do that shit again!”
